Warranty |

Hancock & Grandson, Inc. warrants, that
for a period of five years from the date the t-top with a canvas top,
is purchased at retail, that Hancock & Grandson will repair it directly or
through a contractor of its sole choosing, any cracks, fractures, or
structural failure. T-tops with a fiberglass top are warrantied likewise,
but for only the period of one year from the purchase date.
Defects in the fabric and finishing, including anodizing and paint, are
specifically excluded, as their care and use cannot be controlled.
In addition, Hancock & Grandson, Inc. will not be responsible for any loss
or damage to any equipment caused by the fracture or cracking of said
product, and will not be responsible for the removal and reinstallation of
any equipment which may be necessary to repair the product.
Warranty service may only be obtained by bringing the boat or product to
Hancock & Grandson, Inc. at 971 Harkers Island Rd. Beaufort, North
Carolina.
There are no other warranties, either expressed or implied.
